From One Company to a Larger Vision
599 Holdings’ roots can be traced back to 2023. Guided by an unwavering commitment to people, performance, and purpose, Co-Founders Joe Delaney, Jordan Dubin, and Sean Slazyk had a vision to create a differentiated residential services platform in partnership with a select group of premier owner operators. That vision led to the creation of Guild Garage Group, a first-of-its-kind, residential garage door services platform. With over 25 partner companies across 28 states, Guild has grown to become one of the largest and fastest growing residential services platforms in the United States.
As Guild grew, so did the vision. In 2024, less than a year after launching Guild, the three Co-Founders started their second business, Galaxy Service Partners, a commercial overhead door, gate, and access control platform. Galaxy was founded with the same ethos as Guild—one that leverages partnership and collaboration to achieve more together than anyone could ever achieve alone.
Today, this same relentless entrepreneurial spirit lives on through 599 Holdings, a modern holding company shaped by real operational experience, strong partnerships, and a mission to continue to create industry-redefining businesses that provide unmatched opportunities for leading businesses across the country.
